Innerworks Code of Conduct
Innerworks Code of Conduct
At Innerworks, we're committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment. We welcome diverse voices and believe that our community is stronger when we all contribute thoughtfully and respectfully. To maintain a positive space for everyone, we ask that all contributors adhere to the following principles:
- Respect and Inclusivity: Treat all individuals with respect, regardless of their background, identity, orlevel of expertise. We embrace diversity and encourage contributions from everyone.
- Constructive Feedback: Provide supportive and constructive feedback. Criticism should be aimed at ideas and actions, not individuals.
- No Tolerance for Harassment: Harassment in any form, including derogatory comments, personal attacks, or discriminatory language, is unacceptable.
- Originality and Honesty: Ensure that your submissions are original, cite sources appropriately, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Collaboration and Sharing: Encourage dialogue and the sharing of knowledge. We're here to learn from each other and grow together.
Promotional Content and Community Support:
Innerworks is not just a platform for sharing knowledge; it's also a force for positive impact in the wider community. We welcome content that highlights innovative products, services, and initiatives within the tech space. However, to maintain the integrity of our platform and support our mission of giving back, we have a special guideline for promotional content:
Commitment to Giving: If your submission includes promotional material for a product, service, or agency that you are directly affiliated with, we kindly ask that you commit to making a donation to our partner organization, Community TechAid. This gesture ensures that while we share and promote valuable tools and services within our community, we also contribute to bridging the digital divide and supporting those in need.
